Attack with your companion, wait for the right moment and throw a capture orb. The story starts fast too: the Nightmare Totem has tangled the island's monsters, and you are the one sent to set them right.
Catching basics
- Drag on the left to move around the island and tap to jump.
- Tap the star to attack and weaken a wild monster.
- Summon your own monster to help in the fight.
- Throw a capture orb when the monster is weak. You start with 6.
- Keep your 5 hearts up while you explore.

Do not throw an orb at a full-health monster. The hint is clear: weaken first. A few hits from you and your companion make the catch much more likely. With only 6 orbs at the start, every throw counts.
Keep moving while you fight. Wild monsters can hit back, and your hearts do not refill on their own. Explore near the portal gates to find more monsters to catch.
