A scary cleaning game with a deadline
Scary cleaning games mix two moods that should not fit: calm tidying and real fear. Midnight Mop does it with one clear threat. There are no ghosts in the corners. There is only a clock and a Daddy who means what he says.
The cleaning itself is quick and satisfying. Grab, dash, grab again, and watch the percentage climb.
It also never gets gross. Slime and trash are drawn in a soft, cartoony way, so the mess reads as a job to finish, not something to look away from.
Tips for a spotless midnight
Start with big messes. Slime stains move the bar more than single pieces of trash. Use dash to cross the room, not to clean, so you do not overshoot.
Keep an eye on the clock. If it is past 11 and you are under 80%, skip the small stuff and go for whatever moves the bar most.
Light horror for cozy players
Players who like light horror with a joke in it. The art is cozy, the threat is silly and the deadline is real, so it works for anyone who wants tension without gore.
