Pick the vehicle and the feel

• Kart. Item boxes, short tracks, comebacks. Mob Kart Mayhem in Roam is blocky karts and a four-race cup, Mario Kart-like.
• Stunt car. Loops, ramps and drops. HotWheels Loop Drop is eight cars on one orange track; STUNT SKIES is loops and rings over the sea, Trackmania-like.
• Drift. Speed comes from sliding. Sideways After Dark: neon harbor, one purple car, all sideways.
• Road racer. Long roads, traffic, top down. Sunset Mile is an OutRun-like coast run.
• Boat. Water slows the turns. Rowboat Rally is three laps of cave river against seven boats.

Build the track in one sentence

• Setting. "A shopping mall after hours," "a frozen lake," "a rooftop circuit."
• Laps and length. "Three short laps" plays better on a phone than one long one.
• Hazards. "Shopping carts roll across," "the ice cracks on lap three."
• A shortcut. "A risky jump through the food court." Shortcuts make every lap a choice.
• Rivals. "My friends are the other drivers," or "seven bots, the last one is the boss."

Fix the feel by talking

Racers can get dizzy fast on a small screen. If the first build feels like too much, ask for "less camera shake," "camera a bit higher" or "wider field of view only when boosting." If turns feel slippery, say "more grip." If the race is a blowout, "rivals catch up when they fall behind."

Play one full race between changes. Racing feel is about small differences, and you will notice them in the second lap.
