Night falls on Maple Hollow, and the only way out of Elm Street runs through a crowd of the dead. Last Bus Home is a zombie school bus game you play in the Roam app on iPhone: drag to steer a big yellow bus straight into the horde and watch the SPLAT combos stack. Every hit pays scrap. Later stretches add gunfights, hammer-swinging bosses and a final run for the bridge.

Behind the wheel

It changes the camera and the vehicle. You sit behind a school bus on a 3D street instead of watching a car from the side, and the score is about combo streaks as much as distance. Set pieces like the hammer bosses and the bridge give the run a clear ending.
