Wet Paint Defense is a castle build and defend game where your wizard walks the map and paints the land into being: meadow, field, house, water and towers, each costing paint drops. When you are ready, tap Start Night and the wave comes in along the dashed road. It plays in the Roam app on iPhone, and the watercolor map looks like a storybook page.
Day, then night
- Drag the round stick to walk your wizard around the island.
- Pick Meadow, Field, House, Water or Towers from the bottom bar and paint it onto the land.
- Watch the two paint counters at the top, since each tile has a cost.
- Tap Start Night when your defenses are ready.
- Keep the incoming wave, counted on the skull badge, away from the castle.

How it differs from a normal tower defense game
In most tower defense games you tap a slot and a tower appears. Here you walk a wizard to the spot and paint it, so where you stand matters, and the land you paint is part of the plan, not just the towers.
The day and night split changes the pace too. You build calmly, then commit, and the wave is the test of your layout.
First nights in a castle build and defend game
Paint near the castle first. The enemy comes along the dashed road, so towers close to that path do the most work.
Meadows are cheap and houses are not. Spend early drops on the basics, keep some paint for towers, and do not start the night until the road is covered.
Water and meadows also shape how the island looks, so a well-defended map can still be a pretty one.
